How do I adjust the length of the band?
KYOSI:dedicated adjustment tool is included with your order. You’ll also receive a clear instruction guide, and a step-by-step video tutorial is available to help you adjust the band easily at home.
Do you ship internationally?
KYOSI: Yes. We offer worldwide shipping, with free shipping and duties & taxes included. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Can I return an item?
KYOSI:Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us(kyosidesign@hotmial.com) before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. For non-quality returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How should I care for the product?
