SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with KYOSI DESIGN.

We aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping and delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that order processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

FREE SHIPPING

KYOSI DESIGN offers free standard shipping on orders to the destinations we currently serve.

There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout unless otherwise clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

After your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping times are:

Japan:
3–10 days

United States:
7–15 days

Please note that these are estimated transit times after dispatch and do not include the order processing period of up to 7 days.

Therefore, the total time from placing your order to receiving it may vary depending on order processing, destination and carrier conditions.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order after your package has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, natural disasters or other transportation disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at kyosidesign@hotmail.com and include your order number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at kyosidesign@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Customers may be responsible for additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout where permitted by applicable law.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at kyosidesign@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, photos of the package and product where possible.

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Where such charges are collected by KYOSI DESIGN, they will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Additional charges may otherwise be imposed by local customs authorities or carriers depending on the destination.
